If substance use concerns are present, we are happy to assist with appropriate referrals to specialized providers while continuing to support other mental health needs when clinically appropriate.

ADHD Testing

We offer comprehensive ADHD testing for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing concerns with focus, attention, organization, impulsivity, or executive functioning. Our evaluation process goes beyond brief questionnaires and includes a detailed clinical interview, symptom rating scales, developmental and academic history, and assessment of co-occurring mental health conditions that can mimic or worsen ADHD symptoms.

Our goal is to provide clear, accurate answers. If ADHD is diagnosed, we take time to explain the subtype, symptom pattern, and how it impacts daily functioning at school, work, and home. If ADHD is not the primary concern, we help identify other contributing factors and recommend appropriate next steps.

Testing results are reviewed in detail, and a written summary can be provided when needed for personal understanding, treatment planning, or coordination of care.

Genetic Testing

Genetic testing is available to help guide psychiatric medication decisions when individuals have experienced side effects, limited benefit, or multiple medication trials. This testing analyzes how your body may metabolize certain psychiatric medications and how you may respond to them based on your genetic profile.

Genetic testing can also aid in diagnosis, along with clinical history and other diagnostic measures. Testing helps provide a clinical, chemical picture of what's happening in your brain to help determine genes that may be playing a role in your mental health symptoms.

Genetic testing does not replace clinical judgment, but it can be a helpful tool in creating a more personalized treatment plan. Results are reviewed carefully and discussed in plain language so you understand what they mean and how they may influence medication choices.
This service can be especially useful for individuals with complex medication or family histories, sensitivity to side effects, or concerns about long-term medication use.

Medication Management

We provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions. Appointments focus on symptom relief, functional improvement, and minimizing side effects. Treatment decisions are collaborative, with attention to your history, preferences, and treatment goals.

Medication management includes careful monitoring, ongoing assessment of effectiveness, education about benefits and risks, and adjustments as needed over time. When appropriate, non-medication strategies are also discussed to support overall mental health.

Our approach emphasizes balance, safety, and individualized care rather than one-size-fits-all prescribing.

Counseling Services

Basic counseling services are offered to support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. Sessions focus on practical strategies, insight building, and strengthening coping skills to improve daily functioning and emotional well-being.

Counseling may include elements of cognitive and behavioral strategies, supportive therapy, and problem-focused interventions. Services are designed to complement medication management when applicable or stand alone for those who do not require medication.

For individuals needing more intensive or specialized psychotherapy, appropriate referrals are provided.
