** Academic Accommodations are not available for national standardized testing.

(i.e. BAR, NCLEX, MCAT)

** FMLA and Disability Paperwork are completed at the Provider's discretion. Not everyone will qualify. Disability will not be completed for clients who have been active with the practice for less than 12 months.

** There is a private pay discount available for those without insurance and proven financial need.​

​

** Mississippi regulation requires a urine drug screen for those 16 and over on admission and at a minimum of every 90 days for individuals prescribed controlled substances.

​

** There are no refills on controlled substances without an appointment. No exceptions.

​

** Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation is NOT documentation certifying a specific animal; only the patient's psychological need to have animal companionship. "Certified" animals and handlers require extensive training.
