Specializing in ages 5 and up
Mandy is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in ADHD testing, medication management with supportive psychotherapy and genetics consultations for all ages. She is a Tate County resident and is actively licensed to practice Psychiatry in the States of Tennessee and Mississippi.
She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She completed her Psychiatric residencies at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven, MS, Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville, MS, the Memphis Mental Health Institute, Parkwood Behavioral Hospital in Olive Branch, MS, multiple regional outpatient clinics and the University Hospital in Jackson, MS.
At the heart of her work, Mandy is deeply passionate about helping others live well and become who they were created to be. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she finds purpose in supporting individuals through life’s challenges, whether they’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, or simply feeling stuck. Her approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a belief that true wellness goes beyond symptom management.
She loves helping patients gain clarity, build resilience and capacity, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. For her, the greatest reward is watching people step into their potential with confidence, peace, and hope for the future.
When not in the office, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family & friends, playing board games, cooking (and eating), baking artisan bread, bonfires (s’mores…. yum!), car-karaoke, gardening, boating, hiking, camping and exploring the country with her 2 pip-pups. Mandy is an active member of Strayhorn Baptist Church. She is also a “Host Mom” with the International Student Exchange, hosting foreign exchange students from all over the world.

Avery Blake
Billing & Insurance Coordinator
Avery is the friendly, behind-the-scenes problem-solver who keeps our clinic’s insurance and billing process running like clockwork. With a background in healthcare administration, she combines strong organizational skills with a genuine passion for helping people understand their insurance benefits and navigate the often-confusing world of claims and coverage. Her calm and patient approach ensures that every patient feels supported and informed. Outside of work, Avery treasures time with her close friends and family, often planning small get-togethers or lending a listening ear whenever someone needs support. She has a big heart for animals and loves spending time with her two playful dogs, who keep her active and laughing. When she’s not caring for others, Avery enjoys experimenting with recipes in her kitchen and tending to her growing collection of houseplants. She also finds joy in cozy book nights and the occasional board game marathon with loved ones. No matter the setting, Avery is known for her warmth, creativity, and the genuine care she brings to every part of her life.

Amelia Boyd

As the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors, Amelia sets the tone for a welcoming and stress-free visit. With a background in customer service and healthcare reception, she excels at juggling appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and all the little details that keep the front desk running smoothly. Amelia has a natural gift for making people feel seen and heard, and she’s passionate about creating a calm, supportive environment from the very first “hello.” Outside of the clinic, Amelia enjoys baking homemade bread, volunteering at her local animal shelter, and taking gardening. She’s a devoted coffee enthusiast who can often be found experimenting with new creamers and flavors, and she has a soft spot for mystery novels. Whether she’s greeting patients with a smile or capturing the beauty of a quiet sunrise with a cup of java, Amelia brings kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness into everything she does.

Hope Ellison
Medical Assistant
Hope plays a vital role in supporting both our patients and our providers, ensuring each appointment flows smoothly from start to finish. With experience in both clinical and administrative settings, she’s skilled at preparing exam rooms, assisting with patient assessments, and keeping meticulous records. Hope is known for her compassionate demeanor and steady presence, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Outside the clinic, Hope enjoys spending her weekends boating at Sardis or Enid lake, experimenting with watercolor painting, and trying out new bread recipes in her kitchen. She has a deep love for travel, especially to coastal towns, and is always planning her next adventure. When she’s relaxing at home, you’ll often find her tending to her small herb garden or perfecting her signature cinnamon rolls.
